QuickBooks Online Integration
ECRP Command Center + QuickBooks Online

Extended Care Respiratory Partners, LLC (“ECRP”) integrates the ECRP Command Center with QuickBooks Online to support authorized accounting, financial reporting, and management functions.

Connect QuickBooks
Authorized ECRP administrators may connect an approved QuickBooks Online company to the ECRP Command Center using Intuit's secure authorization process.

Once authorized, the ECRP Command Center may synchronize accounting information necessary for enabled features, including:
• Chart of Accounts
• Customers
• Vendors
• Invoices
• Payments
• Expenses and purchases
• Liability account information
• Related accounting information required for authorized ECRP financial workflows

QuickBooks Online remains ECRP's accounting system of record.

ECRP does not request or store a user's QuickBooks password.

Reconnect QuickBooks
If the QuickBooks authorization expires, is revoked, or otherwise requires renewal, an authorized ECRP administrator may reconnect the QuickBooks company through the ECRP Command Center.
Reconnecting restores authorized synchronization between the systems.

Disconnect QuickBooks
Authorized ECRP administrators may disconnect QuickBooks Online from the ECRP Command Center.

Disconnecting the integration:
• Stops future QuickBooks synchronization.
• Terminates the ECRP Command Center's active QuickBooks connection as applicable.
• Does not alter or delete accounting records stored in QuickBooks Online.
• Does not automatically delete information ECRP must retain for legitimate accounting, audit, security, contractual, regulatory, or legal purposes.

Requests concerning deletion of eligible information can be submitted through ECRP's QuickBooks Data Deletion process.

Privacy & Data
Information obtained through the QuickBooks integration is handled in accordance with ECRP's Privacy Policy and is used only for authorized business purposes.
ECRP does not sell QuickBooks data.
