Curtis Rush

Curtis Rush is a healthcare executive and entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience in respiratory care, healthcare operations, business development, and post-acute care. As Co-Founder of Extended Care Respiratory Partners (ECRP), Curtis is committed to helping skilled nursing facilities build comprehensive respiratory programs that improve patient outcomes, reduce hospital readmissions, and strengthen facility performance.

Drawing on experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, respiratory development, and strategic partnerships, Curtis works closely with facility leadership to develop customized respiratory solutions that support both exceptional patient care and operational efficiency. His vision for ECRP is to bridge the gap in respiratory care by providing skilled clinical support, innovative program development, and trusted partnerships throughout the post-acute healthcare continuum.

Curtis holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Master of Science in Healthcare Administration. He remains passionate about advancing respiratory care and creating lasting value for the patients, providers, and communities ECRP serves.

Hunter Sarvis

Hunter Sarvis is a Registered Respiratory Therapist whose career is defined by a deep commitment to patient well-being and clinical excellence. Building a strong foundational practice at McLeod, Hunter witnessed firsthand the life-changing impact of compassionate, hands-on respiratory care. Driven by a vision to elevate healthcare outcomes on a broader scale, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University, perfectly blending his clinical expertise with visionary operational strategy. This unwavering dedication led him to found Extended Care Respiratory Partners LLC. As a passionate advocate for quality healthcare, Hunter’s mission is to empower regional facilities to optimize their respiratory programs, ensuring every patient receives the highest level of specialized, empathetic support.

Darrel Walters

Darrel Walters is an entrepreneur and healthcare executive with a passion for improving patient outcomes and bringing innovative healthcare solutions to underserved populations. As the founder of Extended Care Respiratory Partners (ECRP), he is dedicated to enhancing respiratory care services in skilled nursing facilities through clinical excellence, strategic partnerships, and patient-centered care.
With extensive experience in business development, healthcare operations, and relationship management, Darrel has built a reputation for identifying opportunities, developing strong partnerships, and leading organizations through growth. His mission is to help long-term care facilities improve quality of care, reduce hospital readmissions, and deliver better outcomes for residents while creating lasting value for healthcare partners.
Outside of his professional work, Darrel is committed to his faith, family, and community. He enjoys mentoring others, pursuing new business ventures, and creating opportunities that make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients, healthcare providers, and the communities they serve.
